The NCAL Quality Initiative for Assisted Living 2015-2018
Recorded on May 19, 2015 (60 minutes)
Building on the success demonstrated by NCAL members in improving quality in four priority target areas since the announcement of the Quality Initiative for Assisted Living in 2012, NCAL has extended this effort to further improve the quality of care in America's assisted living communities..  NCAL will continue to focus on the same four goals, with updated targets for two of the goals.  The four goals areas are important measures other providers and government agencies are focused on.  The additional three years of the Quality Initiative for Assisted Living will help AL members continue to make these target areas their focus and achieve sustained improvements.  This webinar will include an update on the progress to date on NCAL's Quality Initiative, a discussion of the four goals and new targets, and a review of quality improvement strategies and resources for members to utilize.

Learning Objectives:

1. Review progress to date on NCAL's Quality Initiative

3. Review quality improvement strategies and resources to support member success in meeting the identified goals.
